As a young and fast growing business, we keep a lean inventory but that also means that a number of our products tend to be out of stock, especially after we've had a big sales. This page will provide more information about our restock, and show you how you can be notified of any restocking.
When will your products be restocked?
Most of our products will always be continuously restocked, unless they are to be discontinued (which we will state on the product page). Straps are typically restocked every other month, while accessories are restocked every quarter.
Sometimes, the tanneries that we procure leather from run out of the specific colour that we need, and hence restocking will take a longer time than expected - this is most likely the case for alligator / crocodile leather. If we are unable to purchase more of the leather, we will unfortunately have to discontinue the specific leather.
We do also, from time to time, offer one-off leather and colour, mostly for custom orders. Unfortunately once these leather are sold out, we cannot take more orders as we are not able to procure more of the leather.
How do I sign up to be notified when you restock?
You may sign up on the product pages to be notified via email when our straps are restocked. Here's how:
Step 1: On the product page, for the product variant that is out of stock, you should see the button "Notify Me When Available". Click on the button.
Step 2: Enter your email to be notified.
Step 3: You will receive an email to confirm your subscription. Click on "Yes, I want to subscribe". You will then be directed to a website that confirms your subscription.
Once the strap is restocked, you will receive an email notification and you can place your order on the website.
Can I back-order a product that is out of stock?
Unfortunately, we do not allow for back-orders at the moment. This is because we might not have certainty on when the product will be restocked, and we do not want to hold on to your money indefinitely. The process for managing stock and fulfilment of back-orders is also not something that we have figured out at this point.
We are working on improving our systems and processes to allow this, but until we have certainty over the end-to-end process to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for our customers, we will not accept back-orders. We apologise and hope to seek your understanding on this!
