Thank you for the incredible support for our custom straps. Demand has grown beyond what our crafting team can fulfil within the lead times we want to offer.

We’re taking a temporary pause on new custom strap orders through our website so we can focus on the straps already entrusted to us and bring waiting times down.

Crafting bespoke straps takes experience and care. We’re continuing to grow our team, but developing the skills to make the full range of custom straps takes time.

Your order remains in our production queue. Our team will continue crafting and fulfilling existing orders, and you do not need to take any action.

Custom orders continue in our boutiques

You can still place a custom strap order in person at our Singapore and Hong Kong boutiques. Our team will help you explore the materials, work through the details and find the right fit for your watch.

We’re aiming to reopen online custom strap orders in early January 2027, after giving our crafting team time to work through the current backlog.
