Delugs Strap Styles
We sell many different styles of handcrafted watch straps and it may be hard to keep track of how they are all different from each other. Here's a quick rundown of their key features.
Do note that strap styles are a highly personal thing - what works for you might not work for someone else. Hence we do not have a definite suggestion on what style you should get. We hope that the photos and description will give you a better idea!

Signature
Our Signature style is the classic, quintessential watch strap that comes as a stock strap on most watches. Fully stitched all along the perimeter of the strap, tapered padding, fully lined and with painted edges. Tapered padding ensures that the strap feels sturdy but still highly wearable with no padding at the strap holes.
The padding is made with leather, shaped by hand to form the gentle curvature of the padding. Using leather as the padding material means that these straps are typically stiffer initially, but quickly wear in with just a few hours of wear and moulds to the shape of your wrist.
Recommended for any style of watch, as long as it is not ultra thin.

Slim
Our Slim style is almost identical to the Signature style with one key difference: no padding. The strap is uniformly thin throughout, which makes it very soft and pliable from Day 1 with no break-in required. It is very lightweight and comfortable to wear.
Recommend for those that are looking for a strap with no break-in, and for watches that have a thinner profile, or vintage watches.

- Buckle/Strap Holes: Regular buckle / Round strap hole
Side-Stitch
Side-Stitch style straps do not have stitching running down the sides. Instead, stitching is used selectively at critical stress points (at the lug and buckle area) to ensure that the strap is still structurally good to wear for the long term. Unlike some of the minimal stitching styles on the market, our Side-Stitch style still has another layer of lining leather, providing structure to the strap and preventing it from becoming too floppy with use.
Recommended if you are looking to dress down your watch with a more casual strap.

- Stitching: One stitch at the lug end and two stitches around the fixed keeper at the buckle area only width

Row-Stitch
Row-Stitch style straps do not have stitching running down the sides. Instead, stitching is used selectively at critical stress points (at the lug and buckle area) to ensure that the strap is still structurally good to wear for the long term. Unlike some of the minimal stitching styles on the market, our Row-Stitch style still has another layer of lining leather, providing structure to the strap and preventing it from becoming too floppy with use.

Stitchless
Stitchless straps do not have any stitching at the lug area. This is to give a cleaner look to the strap, and let the leather be the star of the show. The strap is held together by glue and edge paint.
Recommended if you are looking for a more vintage vibe or want a cleaner look.

- Stitching: No stitching at the lugs. Only two stitches present around the fixed keeper at the buckle area

Chunky
Chunky straps, as the name suggests, are big, thick and, well, chunky. These straps were made to pair with larger and thicker watches, such as Panerai, Bell & Ross etc.
You'll notice that everything is slightly upsized, such as the thickness, keeper width, strap holes, buckle, and even thread thickness. The aesthetic of the strap is usually more rugged and less dressy.
- Thickness: 3.0mm
- Stitching: Full Stitching, 3.83mm

Rally Side-Stitch
Designed for both style and comfort, rally straps are punctuated with distinctive, large perforations to enhance breathability, making it perfect for active wear. Ideal for those who appreciate a touch of vintage motorsport flair.

Two-Tone Rally
A playful twist on our rally style straps, the two-tone version offers contrasting stitching and edge paint for a colourfully eye-catching accentuation for your timepieces.
