Operations Executive (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Job Description:
- Responsible for Delugs' e-commerce and retail operations.
- Oversee daily order fulfilment activities, including order processing, picking, value-add services, quality check, packing, and shipping preparation.
- Coordinate with courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Qxpress etc.
- Processing exchanges and returns.
- Routine stocktake to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Providing in-store retail support for customers.
- Managing customer service channels.
- Maintain general cleanliness of the showroom.
Requirements:
- No prior experience needed, although prior experience in retail or e-commerce operations, and an interest in the luxury watches and the industry, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, is detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficient in English.
*Part-timers are required to commit at least 2 full day + 1 half day or 1 full day + 4 half day per week
Product Designer (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Development and Branding team to develop ideas from concept to final production
- Collaborate with external suppliers in developing, testing, and production of final products (traditional watch-related accessories including but not limited to straps, bracelets, storage and enthusiast products)
- Keep up to date with latest innovations and trends in materials (leather, metal, rubber, etc) and specifically the watch industry, through research and testing
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, to inform design decisions
- Identifying performance drivers and opportunities in respective product categories
- Innovate end products with existing/new materials and mechanisms to achieve functional and aesthetic goals
- Creating prototypes, conduct testing and validation based on feedback to ensure products are user-friendly
- Create and maintain an ideas library for future development and opportunities
- Work with the Business Development team in developing options for retail and B2B opportunities
- Working together across departments to drive creative implementation of design projects (print materials, merchandise, brochures, packaging, product copy)
- Note: Freelance project basis negotiable
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in Industrial Design/Product Design/Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Fresh graduates with keen interest and/or portfolio in relevant areas may be considered.
- Knowledge in Rhino, Fusion 360, Solidworks, or equivalent CAD software
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials sourcing, cost estimation, and quality control
- Desire to grow with a young company and take on more responsibility in the long term
- Creativity and a keen sense of design, colours, materials and aesthetics
- Hands-on attitude, broad perspective, and problem-solving skills for prototyping and product design
- High attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with MS Word/Excel
