Boutique Manager

Job Description:

  • In charge of Delugs’ retail boutique operations
  • Build plans for memorable in-store customer experience consistent with the brand image
  • Plan and strategise for retail activation plans and events, and lead the team in the execution of plans
  • Oversee and lead the retail team
  • Train and guide the retail team to meet the required standards of service
  • Serves as the point of escalation for the retail team, and able to provide excellent customer service and quick professional resolutions
  • Plans and manage retail inventory and routine stocktake
  • Responsible for boutique visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure the general cleanliness and presentation of the boutique
  • Build strong relationship with customers, and gather feedback from the stores to report upwards to HQ
  • Coordinate and assist the Business Development and Marketing team on in-store events

Requirements:

  • Boutique manager experience/ leadership experience
  • Prior experience in the retail/ hospitality industry. Keen interest in the luxury watches industry, or willing to learn
  • Ability to work independently, is detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Must be a good team player, with good communications skill
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient in English.

Working hours:

  • Boutique Manager must commit to 4 full weekday shifts (11-8pm) and one weekend shift (11-8pm)
Sales Associate (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Job Description:

  • Responsible for Delugs’ boutique operations
  • Provides excellent customer service and creates a memorable in-store customer experience consistent with our brand image
  • Able to quickly familiarise with the product range, and proactively assist customers with their needs and queries
  • To operate the POS efficiently and maintain high standard of accuracy
  • Processes exchange and returns
  • Responsible for boutique visual merchandising standards
  • Routine stocktake to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Manages customer service channels
  • Executes retail activation plans and events
  • Maintain general cleanliness of the boutique

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail industry is preferred. Keen interest in the luxury watches industry, or willing to learn
  • Ability to work independently, is detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Must be a good team player, with good communications skill
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient in English.

Working hours:

  • Full-time Sales Associate must commit to 4 full weekday shifts (11-8pm) and one weekend shift (11-8pm)
  • Part-time Sales Associate must commit to at least 1 full weekday shift (11-8pm) and one weekend shift (11-8pm)
Business Development Executive

Job Description:

  • Manage a portfolio of active accounts (retailers/watch brands) and build a long-term relationship with our partners
  • Understanding and assisting clients timely with their needs and objectives, and providing excellent customer service
  • Manage collaboration projects with watch brands/ watch groups with discretion
  • Responsible for the B2B Website: onboarding new clients, creating orders, order statuses, creating content to showcase projects/ events
  • Execute strategies to promote Delugs’ products/ services to prospective clients both via video call and in-person
  • Assist and participate in BD events such as watch fairs, launch events with retailers, pop-ups and trunk shows
  • Uphold and respect internal processes and guidelines
  • Share routine feedback from customers with the BD Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in business development or sales required
  • Keen interest and understanding of the luxury watch industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, is detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Must be a good team player, with good communications skill
  • Confident and enjoy interacting with clients both via video calls and in-person events
  • Comfortable in networking
  • Proficient in English
