Shipping internationally will be via DHL, and the prices vary depending on the location and also the total order value. We currently do not offer any non-courier/cheaper options, but we are subsidising the courier shipping charges depending on your order value. You may read more here.
After your order is placed, it will take us 1 working days to get your order shipped out for ready stock straps, and around 3-6 weeks for custom straps. Depending on your shipping method and location, it will take the following number of days for your Delugs straps to reach you (and your watch):
Singapore: 1-2 working days after your order is shipped.
Rest of the World: 2-7 working days after your order is shipped.
Due to COVID-19, non-courier services (which are generally cheaper as they tag onto other flights and do not operate their own planes) have proven to be unreliable and with very long shipping times for international orders. Hence, we do not currently offer cheaper international options. If and when the situation does improve, we will definitely open up that option again.
We recognise that shipping cost using courier service may be expensive, hence it is subsidised depending on your order value, and free for orders above US$250. Read more here.
We're sorry that you are not a fan of your Delugs straps! In order to get a full refund, your strap has to be in an unworn condition, and can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery. Used straps cannot be returned. There will also be a 20% restocking fee on bespoke straps. Unfortunately we are unable to cover return shipping cost (unless it is due to a strap defect).

If your order has already been sent out and we are unable to get the shipment returned to us by our shipping courier, we will need to charge for any associated charges to get the order back to us.
When using Delugs leather straps, there is actually no real need to apply any additional conditioner to maintain the strap on a routine basis. We only recommend you apply leather conditioner if you find that the leather becomes too dry after long periods of storage. Otherwise, just use your strap daily and enjoy it!
As much as we try to ensure uniformity in our products, as leather is a natural product (just like your skin), there will be slight variations between the different straps. Small marks, slight differences in colour, varying grain patterns are all normal and to be expected.
In addition, exotic straps (alligator, crocodile, lizard, stingray, ostrich, shark etc) and camo pattern straps will definitely have variations in the pattern of the leather - do not expect strap that is 100% similar to the product photos for these straps!

The correct size to select (Small - 105/65mm, Medium - 115/70mm, Large - 125/75mm) depends on a number of factors, including your wrist size, watch size, and personal preference in how tight to wear your watch.
