Q: How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Singapore is free! Shipping internationally will be via DHL, and the prices vary depending on the location and also the total order value. We currently do not offer any non-courier/cheaper options, but we are subsidising the courier shipping charges depending on your order value. You may read more here.

Q: I've just placed my order. When will I get it?

After your order is placed, it will take us 1 working days to get your order shipped out for ready stock straps, and around 3-6 weeks for custom straps. Depending on your shipping method and location, it will take the following number of days for your Delugs straps to reach you (and your watch):Singapore: 1-2 working days after your order is shipped.Rest of the World: 2-7 working days after your order is shipped.

Q: I just received my strap but I'm not a fan. Can I return it?

We're sorry that you are not a fan of your Delugs straps! In order to get a full refund, your strap has to be in an unworn condition, and can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery. Used straps cannot be returned. There will also be a 20% restocking fee on bespoke straps. Q: I've been using my strap for a while now, but ___ broke/cracked and I can no longer use it. Do you offer free replacements?

Yikes! We hope you enjoyed using your Delugs strap while it lasted. Please drop us an email at admin@delugs.com, ideally with a photo and description of what happened, and we'll get in touch soonest to see how we can help! Q: I've just placed my order, but changed my mind about it. Help!

Fret not! Just email us at support@delugs.com with your order number, and whether you wish to cancel or change your order, and we will process it accordingly if your order has not been sent out or made. Do note that we typically process orders within 1 day, so let us know ASAP.If your order has already been sent out and we are unable to get the shipment returned to us by our shipping courier, we will need to charge for any associated charges to get the order back to us.
