Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your background?

I come from a family of watch lovers.

When and how did you get into watches?

My father was the one who influenced me into this hobby back in 2009, when I had neither budget nor knowledge. Now, I just pretend to have knowledge.

Apart from watches and photography, what are some of your other passions or hobbies?

I enjoy writing and penning my thoughts down. I enjoy my food, and occasionally shoot some street photography too.

What is your favourite watch brand and why?

Vacheron, for their depth of history and romantic storytelling. They also happen to have one of the widest range of watch models for an haute horology maison, albeit producing at a much smaller scale.

What is the one watch in your collection you never thought you would own, and why?

I never thought I would own my Traditionnelle CEP from Vacheron as it is a limited run of 75 pieces. It took me many years and lots of patience before it finally came up on the market. As an add on, I never thought I would enjoy wearing a full rose gold goutte bracelet Patek ref. 5270, perpetual calendar chronograph. It's big, it's flashy, something I never thought I would pull off, but wears surprisingly well.

Are there any specific watch complications or features that fascinate you the most?

Gyrotourbillon. Probably the most dynamic complication in a watch, ever.

Do you have any daily rituals related to watches?

Changing my straps to match my outfit. I mean, who doesn't? Kidding. I never used to, until Delugs empowered me with their many options and quick-release spring bar.
