Couldn’t be more pleased with my CTS rubber strap for my BB Pro-great design and details! As good as the strap is, my customer service experience with Delugs was even more impressive-one of the quick release “levers” arrived seperated from the spring bar. Fantastic Rubber Strap for the Tudor BB Pro!

I’d been looking for a rubber strap that was integrated for the Tudor BB Pro and had difficulty finding one that wasn’t too thick, was comfortable and didn’t make the watch sit too high on my wrist. I wasn’t a fan of the OEM hybrid because it’s difficult to remove and doesn’t fit my wrist properly. I wasn’t a fan of “higher end” ones like Rubber B because they just seemed too thick and weren’t as comfortable as ones I have for other models.

Got this one in today and it’s perfect. I’d been hesitant to buy one from Delugs because of the CTS “cut to size” aspect but it’s really easy to do. Measure twice, cut once and take your time. It’s better to not cut it enough than cut it too much so if you take your time to get the right fit for you you’ll be fine. Other than that it’s great. Great quality, the fitment is fantastic, and it’s extremely comfortable.

I was even more impressed with the shipping. It felt like I had just bought it and it was already delivered to my house.

Overall great experience from Delugs. I forgot how premium their service was from my last purchase.

Well worth the cost IMO! Would definitely buy again. If you’re on the fence and they have the color you want in stock I highly recommend you buy it. You won’t regret it!

Can't fault the delugs team in anyway

Title says it all; everything from the product itself, the delivery time and especially the customer service team have been nothing short of exceptional. Carl and renz have not only been a huge help with my order but did so very promptly and with great professionalism and care.

If your are going to buy straps, buy them from delugs. Especially the brand specific straps such as this one.

Issue resolved immediately

Had a small issue with my very 1st order and the customer service was as good as it gets! My issue was resolved within 1 Hour which is stellar! Will be doing lots more business with Delugs! The Rubber on these straps is as supple as it gets, just unreal as far as comfort goes!

Straps of All Time. Delugs have always been providing straps made of such excellent quality and design. The Tudor BB Pro - specific strap fitted in a snug manner with no slack at the attachment. These CTS rubbers do feel much more comfortable than many other rubber straps that i’ve tried (i.e. RubberB etc.)

Don’t doubt a Singaporean brand for straps, they truly feel much better and more affordable for greater quality. Do head down to their showroom to have a touch on their wide range of varieties.
