It is unnatural and unnecessarily difficult to put on and off. Looks to be well built, but poorly engineered. No micro adjust. I want to like it but I don’t.

Worth the money. The sailcloth is soft and comfortable. It fits perfectly and looks great with my watch. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a high quality strap, worth the price.

I wanted a sailcloth strap exactly as shown on your website but with 18mm for buckle. Moved me to a custom shop and ultimately received a rubber strap with no stitching and thin. It looks terrible.

I really wanted to like this Delugs strap and clasp, especially after all the social media hype, but I’m more than disappointed. For the price they charge, I expected premium quality and thoughtful design; instead, the overall experience feels closer to a budget product.

The clasp mechanism is poorly designed and frustrating to use. It’s extremely hard to put the watch on because the clasp design basically requires two hands to close it, and even then the clasp falls off the strap almost every single time I try to put the watch on. I’ve actually dropped my watch several times while trying to fasten it (luckily on carpet), which is completely unacceptable for a product in this price range.

The leather band itself is just OK, nothing special and certainly not on par with the premium positioning of the brand. The interior rubber lining is the biggest annoyance: it collects dirt very quickly and always looks dirty, no matter how often I try to clean it.

To make things worse, the customer service was just as disappointing as the products. When I tried to return the items, I was told the return had to be “approved,” so I submitted a refund request and then heard nothing back. I eventually had to go online and start a chat to get the return processed, and ended up wasting far too much time talking to three different people who kept asking me the same questions and then dropping out of the chat. It was an absolutely horrid customer service experience.

All in all, I feel like I fell for the social media hype and paid high-end prices for a mediocre, poorly engineered product backed by unhelpful support. I would stay away from this company; it’s just not worth it. There are much better options out there that offer higher quality products and better service at the same price point.

I ordered in the suggested size according to the guide but unfortunately it is so tight definetely wrong guide.

The team was very thorough throughout the entire process, confirming my choices and keeping me updated during the production process. The straps arrived earlier than anticipated and the quality of the work was simply incredible. Excellent attention to detail and an overall superb product. Navy Sailcloth CTS Rubber Strap for Cartier Santos de Cartier

Have been trying out some CTS strap for my MM300 SBDX017. This is one of the most fitting and sleek strap so far. Satisfied with my purchase.

very good condition but of course it came on a replacement strap that did not meet my needs and in no time at all - and with great service too, I received a brand new navy alligator strap that makes it much more elegant.

This is absurd. I haven't even opened the package and I am already getting spam from you. I opted out of all surveys on my last purchase, so how are you doing this again. Its like you really really really don't want my business. NOBODY likes these surveys. You guys are totally clueless and apparently you just don't understand your customers.

Sizing tool is spot on and the micro adjsutment clasp is god tier. The strap is just as described and looks great.

The packaging is already very appealing. Then you open and you have almost everything you need to install de strap. Then you get to what you’ve been waiting for and you will not be disappointed. The clasp is absolutely perfect, materials, craftsmanship, everything. The actual strap, best quality rubber. One day of use and I can feel the difference… I do not feel the watch in my wrist. All in all, the best strap money can buy. Kudos!!!

The cordovan slim strap is not stiff and the blue strap makes my dress watches look more casual/versatile. Looks very high quality.

I am a fan of Delugs but had not tried this rubberized leather material before. Felt like a pop of color for my beloved Kurono Tokyo Chronograph Shiro. The wine red highlights details on the dial nicely. The strap is very comfortable. Another winner.

Recently bought the Delcro navy /white for my Grand seiko SLGW003.
The spring bar which came with it was bend and as such it was not fitting in the watch. The strap quality is also not good.The stitch is somewhat loose.
Got no help from Delugs team till now.
Very unhappy with this type of customer care.

Truly great product. It looks great on my Tank small solarbeat and from afar, it looks almost black. From up close, the guys at Delugs have nailed the colour, it matches perfectly with the blued hands and cabouchon. For potential buyers, I have a 175mm wrist and I went for the L version (125/75). Wears perfectly!
