Announcing Strap Finder 2.0

Strap shopping has always been a sensorial process, but how does that experience translate in today's digital age? When Delugs first began as a direct-to-consumer, online-only brand, we quickly realised that it took more than an optimised e-store UI/UX to guarantee a high-quality shopping experience.

Strap Finder 2.0 — Refreshed for fuss-free shopping

This was one of the main reasons behind our development of the original Strap Finder — to provide customers with a better way to visualise potential strap pairings. Version 1 worked pretty well (for a time), but we always felt like we were only scratching the surface of Strap Finder's true potential.

As we revisited the core concept behind Strap Finder, it became apparent that connecting its exploratory mechanics with customer convenience was the next logical step forward. As such, the new Strap Finder 2.0 now allows customers to purchase their strap directly from the display feed.

Say "goodbye" to "what if's"

Not only that, but Strap Finder 2.0 will also automatically pre-select the appropriate strap lug width, depending on the watch specified. No more second-guessing yourself when it comes to determining the right lug width; just select a strap size, and you'll be ready to go. And if you feel like you need to sleep on it, you can always use 'Save This Look' to revisit the strap pairing at a later date.

We've uploaded our entire inventory to Strap Finder 2.0, making it a one-stop shop for all strap shopping and browsing needs. Whether it's handcrafted leather, rubber or fabric, universal fit or brand-specific, Strap Finder 2.0 has been refreshed to allow customers to easily locate and purchase their next watch strap.

Browsing multiple straps for multiple watches

Strap Finder 2.0 also comes with a brand new superpower: Watch Collection. Now, customers with multiple watches in their collection are able to maintain them online via Strap Finder 2.0. This collection will be tied to their Delugs account, and can be instantly accessed without having to navigate to a different area of the website. This makes the process incredibly streamlined — customers can now browse potential strap pairings across different watches without having to make a fresh selection each time.

As of now, Strap Finder 2.0 comes pre-loaded with over 5,000 watches across 100 different brands, but we'll continue to add new references over time to ensure that it becomes the most comprehensive strap shopping aid available online.
