The strap itself is good quality and exceeds my expectations. However, the included pegged springs were low quality and one of them broke while trying to install & the pin fell off.

I sent an email to the support team. They were replying rapidly to my emails. I explained the issue with the faulty spring bar, they resolved the issue professionally.

I was a little bit frightened to install the strap myself but after reading the (video) instructions I was confident I could do this. The result is stunning and a very comfortable wear. This will be my watch for the summer!
