Every session is one-on-one with the two of us, and it's all about one thing: designing a bespoke strap that's made for your watch and no other. There's time to try ideas properly, ask anything you like, and honestly just geek out about watches for a while.

We'll start with how it sits on your wrist and what you'd love to change, and check its lug width and case so the strap we design fits it exactly.

Design it together on our configurator
On the strap configurator we've just launched, we'll choose the style, leather, lining, stitching and edges with you, and you'll see your strap come together in 3D as we go.

Make it unique to your watch
We'll help you pick the details that make it yours, from a stitching colour that picks up the dial to the leather on the lining, and we'll tell you honestly what we think works.

Order it there and then
We'll confirm the price with you before anything is made and take your order on the day, and our crafters will then make your strap by hand.
A first look at our new strap configurator
Over the past few months we've rebuilt how bespoke straps work at Delugs, and at the heart of it is the strap configurator we've just launched. You choose the style, leather, lining, stitching and edges, and watch the strap come together in 3D as you go, with the price adding up line by line. Each strap is now priced by the work it actually needs from our crafters, which is why a slim strap costs less than a signature and a stitchless one less again, while extras like exotic leathers or padding add to it.
New York is one of the first places we'll be using it with customers, and we honestly can't wait to see what you design with it. Online custom orders are paused until early January 2027 while our crafters work through the straps already entrusted to them, so sitting down with us is one of the few ways to order a bespoke strap right now.

Strap only, in our standard leathers, for lug widths up to 22mm. Exotic leathers add US$70 to US$110 (alligator is US$100), and you're welcome to keep your watch's own buckle or add one of ours from US$10. The final price depends on the options you choose, and we'll confirm it with you before anything is made.
A Delugs boutique in New York, in 2027
When we opened our first boutique in Singapore, we honestly weren't sure a store dedicated entirely to straps would work, and then came Hong Kong and support that's been tremendous ever since. What we've learned is that a boutique lets us serve so many more people. Shopping online works well if you're comfortable picking a strap from photos and changing it yourself, but plenty of people want to see the straps in person, feel the leather, get a recommendation from someone who knows, and have it fitted on the spot.
So many of those requests come from the US that New York felt like the natural next step for our mission of making strap changing a lifestyle. We're in the city from 14 to 23 October looking at spaces, and these two days of consultations are our chance to meet you properly before the boutique opens. We can't wait!
Ken & Pei
Thirty-minute bespoke consultations on Sunday 18 October from 10am to 1pm, and on Monday 19 October from 10am to 1pm and 3pm to 6pm, New York time. Online booking for each session closes 24 hours before it starts, and you'll get a confirmation email with a calendar invite and a link to change or cancel.

Around SoHo in Manhattan. We're still finalising the space, so we'll email you the exact address the day before your consultation.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course, a second opinion is always welcome! A booking covers you and a friend or partner, so there's nothing extra to add when you book.
Can I bring more than one watch?
Yes, bring every watch you're curious about, and tell us about each one in the watch details above so we can come prepared for all of them.
What if my watch isn't in your list?
Type in the model and add a photo of it in the watch details above. That way we can check ahead of time that we can make a strap for it, rather than finding out on the day.
Can I take a strap home on the day?
Not on this trip. These sessions are all about designing a strap that's made for your watch, so we aren't bringing ready-made straps with us. We'll take your order on the day, our crafters will make it by hand, and we'll give you a delivery estimate when you order.
What if I need to cancel?
Use the manage link in your confirmation email. There are only eighteen sessions, so cancelling as early as you can lets someone else have yours.
