Bought personalised alligator/crocodile matte cognac strap for double special occasion (anniversary/birthday celebration) and receive it earlier than I expected. The strap exceeded my expectations although the engraving is quite a disappointment. Barely visible. Not sure how to submit personalisation when ordering. Reached out to customer support and customer support team assisted me with everything even response to my follow-up questions after placing my order/while waiting for my order to arrive. Overall experience is excellent.
I guess engraving should be refunded if it barely visible.

The deployant clasp is as expected. It looks nice, matches with my Grand Seiko, and fits well. I can barely see the engraving I put on it. It only shows up in certain angles and I have to look closely to see it. I thought it would be more visible. The Delugs logo is quite clear.

Nice construction and material
Ordered a matte black alligator strap with an extra engraved buckle, and received everything within 3 days of placing the order! They even reached out to see if I wanted them to install the engraved buckle for me on the strap. Really satisfied with everything and will definitely be placing more orders in the future!
