If the case frame or the clasp cover breaks, we replace it free, for as long as you own it. No questions asked.

Replacements are sent in the exact colour and configuration you originally bought.

The case frame

Cracks or breaks, and we send a new case frame.

The clasp cover

Breaks, and we send a replacement clasp cover.

How to claim

1 Email support@delugs.com with your order number and a photo of the broken part.
2 We confirm the colour and post the replacement.

The photo is so we send you the right part. It is not so we can assess your claim.

We have done our own testing, and with normal wear these parts will not break. But this is still, ultimately, a form of plastic. Things can happen, and that is exactly what this guarantee is for.
