Before you come.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. The day runs on thirty minute slots so that everyone gets real time with the watches. Book above and you will get a confirmation email with a calendar invite.

Can I buy a watch on the day?

No. This is a viewing. Toledano & Chan sell directly through toledanoandchan.com, and we are not taking orders at the boutique.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes. One booking covers you and a guest, so there is nothing extra to add when you book.

Where is the boutique?

Delugs Flagship Boutique (Singapore), Raffles Hotel Arcade, 328 North Bridge Road #02-35, Singapore 188719.

What is the model that has not been released?

We are not saying, and neither is the brand. It will be in the room on the day, ahead of its launch. If you want one, tell Alfred and he will register your interest there and then.

What if I need to cancel?

Use the link in your confirmation email. Cancelling releases the slot for someone else, so please do it if your plans change.
