It depends. If your Yacht-Master came with a metal bracelet and you want to use its clasp on a Delugs integrated rubber strap, that won't work — integrated rubber straps require the Delugs CTS deployant clasp, which is included with the strap. If your watch came with a strap and a pin buckle, you may be able to reuse it — the key is the buckle width. Delugs straps in 17- format taper to mm at the buckle end, so your existing buckle needs to be mm wide. You'll also want to check that the buckle tongue width and system are compatible. Finished leathers like Epsom and Saffiano are more forgiving; raw leathers like Pueblo and Buttero require more caution around moisture.
