What does it cost to join?

Nothing — membership is free. When you join, we ask a little about you and your watches. We're upfront about why: it's how we personalise what you see, match straps that actually fit, and make the club feel like it knows you. If you'd rather not share something, that's fine too.

What do you do with the information I share?

It stays with Delugs and is used to make your experience more personal — better recommendations, straps that fit your watches, a birthday treat. And to be explicit: what we send you is always governed by your communication preferences, not by what you've shared. Opt out of marketing entirely and we'll respect that completely — you keep every member benefit either way.

How does earning work?

Every order earns a percentage back in Delugs Credit — 3% at Steel, up to 10% at The Atelier — calculated on your product total, online or in the boutique.

When does my credit arrive?

Credit posts about two weeks after your order ships. Boutique purchases post the next day, ready for your next visit.

How do tiers work?

Tiers follow what you've spent across a rolling 12 months. When you reach a tier it's protected for a full year, and if life gets in the way you only ever move down one step — never back to zero. Spend $5,000 lifetime and you'll never drop below Gold.

I've shopped with Delugs before. Does that count?

Yes. When you join, your tier reflects your purchases from the last 12 months — long-time customers start where they belong, not at zero.
