The other guys are incorrect. This was a well-machined item and was able to remove the spring bars easily. I did have an extra spring bar that I used to set the width. Then I was able to get an exact fit on the bracelet for easy removal. Didn't need to practice and no scratches or missed attempts. Kudos

Very flimsy as a product and just misses the beat. They should have used better and more stable springs given the price. The current one is too flimsy and ends up going in wonky directions when pressed. Really hoped for a better experience

The tool is defective. Waiting for your review team to respond to the video I sent them at their request. But it's defective. My opinion is that I should return the tool and you should refund my money.
