Introduction
The Panerai Luminor has always been a watch of intrigue for me. I never thought it would be a watch that I could wear though. My wrist is a poultry 6.3" and I just imagined that every Luminor would look gigantic. Cue the mistake of walking into a Panerai Boutique. The 42mm PAM1392 fit really well and that was all it took. A couple of weeks later and it was mine. The Luminor is a strap monster if I've ever seen one as well so there are many looks it can take on. Let's take a look at some of the options available from Delugs.
Tan Crazy Horse Chunky
Pictured here with the Tan Crazy Horse, the color works well with the black dial and the warm indices, don’t you think? The white stitching gives this strap some nice contrast too. I think this strap will age well.
Denim Babele Chunky
For the second strap pairing with the Panerai Luminor 1392, we have paired it with the Denim Babele chunky strap. I think we all know how well the Luminor's take to straps and the denim look pretty appropriate here. I think it works, the denim plays well with the casual nature of this piece.
Chestnut Buttero Chunky
The Chestnut Buttero is a nice warm strap that again works well with the black background and the color of the markers in the dial. Less casual I feel that the Tan Crazy Horse is due to the lack of stitching but it works well! What do you think?
Navy Minerva Box Chunky
Next on the strap guide with the Panerai Luminor 1392 is the Navy Minerva Box. Color wise, this strap is one of my favorite offerings from Delugs. It also a nice pebble texture which I think will age this strap well through wear to give it that distressed look.
Green Crazy Horse Chunky
The last of the 5 in this strap guide for the Panerai Luminor 1392 is with the @delugs Green Crazy Horse strap! A bit different as I’ve never had a green strap but the Luminor with its black dial can take it, don’t you think? It’s a casual look and for those that like a bit of color (other than navy, black and brown), some green looks great. Thanks @delugs for this opportunity to showcase the 1392 with some of your specially made Panerai straps!
