Introduction

The Longines Legend Diver Bronze is my first bronze watch and first compressor dive watch in my collection. First, I was very sceptical about bronze watches because of the patina and the look on the wrist. When I saw this Legend Diver in person, I was fully in love and all the concerns disappeared. This watch is really special. I love the fully brushed bronze case with a size of 42mm. The dial is the perfect combination with the bronze case. It has a deep green fume dial with bronze hands and golden/bronze looking hour makers. Perfect combination. The watch is a bit bigger but because of the vintage look and case style, it’s the perfect diver for many leather and other straps. This watch is made for straps and it doesn’t need a bracelet. That's why I'm grateful for the chance to make this strap guide for you. I hope you get inspiration on how to give your Legend Divers a new touch and flair with some really cool straps from Delugs.

Cognac Crazy Horse Side-Stitch

Beginning with the perfect match for a vintage inspired watch. A cognac soft leather strap. The Crazy Horse is a mix of Nubuck and Pueblo and has the potential of a great patina. Perfect for a bronze watch like this Legend Diver! The strap and the watch can get patina together! The strap is super soft and really comfy on the wrist. You can easily combine this strap with many outfits and it’s the perfect choice for every situation.

Green Buttero Slim

Let’s go to a more vibrant style! The Green Buttero Slim Strap is an eyecatcher! It’s the perfect match for the green dial and has this perfect dark green leather style. I really like this strap with a green shirt or some green pullovers. This strap will also get a great patina and will age perfectly together with the bronze Legend Diver Case. For me it is the perfect choice if you are going for an elegant and true vintage look with this watch.

Jean Grey Babele Slim

It’s getting more casual and unusual now. This is the Jean Grey Babele Slim Strap. It changes the look of the Longines instantly. I really like this combination of a grey more denim style strap with a warm tone bronze case. You can wear this strap with any jeans and jeans style shirt! You could also use this strap with any other version of the Legend Diver family! This strap is super comfy on the wrist and gives you the perfect grey denim look with the cream side stitches. One of my favourite combinations to change the look of my Legend Diver instantly.

Dark Brown Nubuck Slim

The Dark Brown Nubuck Slim Strap is the perfect mix between casual and elegance. The side stitches give the strap a casual look. The dark brown tone and the really soft touch gives the strap the elegance for every situation. The strap has a beautiful matte and soft texture. It is maybe the perfect elegant combination with the bronze case of the Legend Diver. I really like this combination and you can combine it with any outfit.

Olive Green Rubber CTS

The final strap is my favourite one! The Olive Green Rubber CTS Strap. Wow! I love this combination. It turns the watch into a sport piece but still looks perfectly elegant on it. The rubber strap is soft and comfy on the wrist and has this sleek leaf-spring deployant clasp. This strap is the perfect every day and do everything combination with the watch. I could wear this strap in any situation. The olive-green tone looks just perfect on the bronze legend diver. I guess it is made for it! I Love it!
