Straps sold in Overstock are final and no returns or refunds will be accepted, unless there was a functional defect that prevents the strap from being used.
I purchased a NEW band that was on clearance. However it didnt fit. They would not take any returns and even consider it. And worse yet would not even offer a discount on another piece since they made me keep this. Extremely dissapointed
