I've had the pleasure to buy from Delugs both in the bargain bin, regular stock, and custom straps, and they're all amazing quality. You can see the tremendous care Ken and Delugs take when creating these straps and even gives us the opportunity to purchase at a discount if there's any strap that doesn't meet their standard. These "bargain bin" straps are better quality than most of my other straps I've purchased elsewhere.
This round I bought: 18-16 Slim Suede Marine Camo, 18-16 Slim Suede Desert Camo, 20-16 Slim Waxy Green.
Both the slim suede straps are quite supple and soft and undeniably nice suede leather. The marine camo is quite subtle due to the suede and dark on dark camo print, which is expected. The desert camo is much more defined as it's a mixture of lighter print and dark print. It would be nice to see what kind of camo patterns are available for each colour as each strap seems to differ in pattern. However, that kind of service on bargain bin straps where there is likely only 1-2 straps per colorway/leather type alongside the huge rush of customers, is not expected. Overall extremely happy with both suede straps.
The waxy green strap is also very soft leather and a very mature shade of green that is still quite playful. It's not too vibrant, not too dull, a mossy-olive that's a must buy for any green strap lover. It looks amazing on my Halios Seaforth Roldorf edition.
Note: the buckles seems to have changed from the previous bargain bin. Instead of a flat end on the buckle, it is more angular/pointy.
Bought a 22/18mm Buttero Chestnut from the bargain bin. It came with very minor cosmetic blemishes but hey, that's why it's at a bargain. The workmanship is solid, stitches are consistent, side buffering is finished well, smells brand new. Will certainly be back for more! Thank you Ken and team.
