Shipping

All orders will be shipped out from our warehouse in Singapore. Orders will be typically be fulfilled within 1-3 business day, unless we face a sudden large influx of orders (e.g. during sales).

Domestic

Regular Shipping. Orders within Singapore will be sent out via Qxpress, and it takes 1-2 business days to be delivered. Free shipping for Singapore orders above US$30, and US$4 shipping fee for orders below US$30.

Same Day Delivery. We also offer the option of Grab Express for same day delivery on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays), if your order is placed before 4pm. Upon placing your order with Grab Express, please email us at support@delugs.com with your preferred delivery timing.

Self Pick-Up. You may opt for order pick-up during the checkout process. Pick-ups are only available on weekdays from 2.30pm to 5.30pm, at our location in Singapore (55 Ubi Ave 1 #06-16).

International

We ship all orders internationally from Singapore via DHL Express. These will typically arrive at your destination within one week - sometimes even quicker than your own domestic delivery! We understand that courier shipping services can be expensive, so we are subsidising part of the shipping cost depending on your order value. 

Note: We only ship to residential and business addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses, as well as APO and FPO addresses.

Shipping to these countries are not available:

Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Ascension, Bovet Island, British India Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & McDonald Islands, Pitcairn, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island, Western Sahara. 

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). To reduce delays caused by customs inspections or any unexpected fees, we have implemented a system during check out to collect pre-paid taxes and duties from certain countries: United Kingdom, Norway, Monaco, India, Thailand and the European Union. You should not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. 

DAP (Delivered At Place). For other countries/regions, you will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees when the package arrives in your country. These charges will be collected by the shipping carrier on behalf of the local customs office. 

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be incurred due to the order. Customers who wish to return their orders due to customs and taxes will need to pay any additional shipping cost that may be incurred.

Shipping Costs

Note 1: At this moment, we are unable to offer cheaper, non-courier/postal international delivery services as those are very unreliable, with long shipping durations. As soon as the situation worldwide improves and we deem non-courier options to be sufficiently reliable, we will have cheaper options available.

Note 2: Due to the volatile oil prices, shipping prices can increase drastically. We reserve the right to withhold shipment or to charge additional for shipping cost if the shipping cost to your location is too prohibitive. We hope to seek your understanding on this.
