Strap is comfortable, and very easy to install, the clasp is also a very fun to use. Great strap!
I was really looking forward to this strap. I bought the Tissot PRX only because I wanted this rubber strap to go with it. I placed the order and got it the next week which is fairly fast given they shipped from around the globe. When I opened my new strap, I noticed a TWO different stains on the strap. This is really ridiculous and just disgusting when buying any type of tangible good. I spoke with customer service and was told how to safely wash the strap which I did.
When I tried replacing the original PRX metal strap with the rubber strap, I noticed that my spring bars were too short for the watch and would not attach to the watch. I reached out to customer support for help and they sent me 4 more spring bars that actually fit. I did have to request to get 4, as I was only offered 2 but that was not fair when the original strap came with 4. This was sorted and the order arrived well on time.
The overall quality of the spring bar is just disporting. I broke 2 spring bars just trying to understand how to attach the strap to the watch which took me almost an hour from start to finish. I now have also bent another when trying to replace take the strap off when I simply just tried to unlock it from the hook. So keep in mind that you will not be able to take the strap off the watch if you ever want to switch back to the original PRX metal bracelet because you will break the spring bars.
Don't get me wrong, the strap has a beautiful design but the quality is really disappointing. The short time I wore the strap, I was complimented on it constantly. BUT when you spend, in my case $250 CAD (including the $35 duty fees), I would never expect to have an experience like this. I can no longer wear this watch strap because I do not have any more spring bars and because of how easy they break and I can't even return them because it'll end up costing me more money!
I hope Delugs invests more into the quality of the product, It's a real shame that this was how my first time supporting what I thought was a really cool brand went.
I have been buying pin buckle type rubber strap, but this is the first time I bought a CTS type strap.
First of all, the spring bar broke easily. It came with a spare spring bar, so it is not a big problem, but this is not good.
The buckle part is not fixed, so it shifts as you use it as shown in the picture. This is a great stress.
The pin buckle type strap is thinner and softer than the CTS type strap and is more comfortable to wear.
I have multiple watches with rubber straps, and this is the best. fits the watch perfectly. love the quality and the butterfly clasp is amazing!
