I'm really happy with the strap. As i had hoped the leather is starting to patina nicely and show some character.
The leather is really supply and is super comfortable on the wrist. The quick release is just simply brilliant!!
I've only gone with 4 stars just because of the fit - it would have been 5 stars otherwise. I ordered this and a black croc strap at the same time - both in medium (115/70). The croc has a better fit because there are more holes punched. I have a 6.75 inch wrist and so I should have been right in the middle of the holes based on the size chart but instead I'm at the tightest hole for this strap with no more adjustment available. Its fine most days, but if my wrist shrinks the watch gets a bit loose.
Strangely my friend also ordered the same strap - his came with 7 holes compared to my 5 holes.
In any case, I can easily punch an extra hole and I would definitely buy again. There are a few other straps I have my eye on already.

Superb quality for the money. Very comfortable and no breaking in required. Match well with my IWC UTC and Eberhard Chrono 4.
